Built

Things I've built.

I build to think. Some of these are open source, some run quietly in the background of my own setup, and most have an essay that explains why they exist. A running list.

Hive

2026

A cockpit for running AI coding agents.

A desktop workspace that runs Claude, Codex, and Gemini side by side: fan work out to parallel agents, review it through a dedicated reviewer agent, and drive the whole thing from a drag-and-drop grid instead of a stack of terminals.

Engram

2026

Persistent memory for AI.

A memory layer that lets an assistant actually remember: a graph database with semantic search that captures what happens across sessions and feeds the right context back in later. Self-hosted on my own always-on machine.

tv-logout

2026

Sign stray TVs out of your YouTube account.

You sign into YouTube on a hotel or Airbnb TV, fly home, and it stays logged in. This signs those sessions out for you, weekly, entirely on your own Mac. No account is connected to any service and nothing ever leaves the machine.

Small browser games, no install.

A handful of quick browser games I built for fun. Open the page and play, nothing to download.
